Returns on In-Stock Items
Returns on eligible in-stock items may be requested within 30 days of delivery, in accordance with Utah state law.
To be eligible, items must be:

In original condition (unused and undamaged)

Accompanied by proof of purchase
Packaging is not required if the item was hand-delivered and unpackaged during setup by our team.
To request a return, email amanda@cactusrdinteriors.com. Returns must be approved prior to being brought back to the store.

Custom & Special Orders
All custom and special orders are non-refundable. Exceptions may be made only with written approval from Amanda. These orders are placed specifically for you and cannot be restocked.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your items at the time of delivery. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, notify our delivery team immediately or contact us within 48 hours of delivery at amanda@cactusrdinteriors.com so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

Refunds
If a return is approved and the item is brought back in acceptable condition, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received a refund, please contact us.
